Home made butter. Delicious pickled fruit in Mason Jars! Amazing cheese. Wild boar prosciutto. The Porkfolio! Crayfish, fresh from the shell–dipped in citrus butter. Delicate fish. Tender steak. Rich chocolate pudding. Talented servers. Wonderful and eclectic wine list. A wine shop in the back!!!My god–what an incredible night of eating. Me and all of my friends can’t wait to go back!

Congrats to everyone at Palate!! We saw that review and had to make a few congratulatory calls as well.
One of our best friends is a bartender there and Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable wine director. The times that we had dinner with Steve, we knew that this restaurant project was going to be a hit.
We’ve not eaten there yet, but look forward to in the next few weeks. All the review we’ve read have been so fantastic!
