		<description>Carrie, I&#039;ve found that any medium to hard bodied sheep&#039;s milk cheese works well. And if you can&#039;t find that, use a hard goat&#039;s milk cheese and finish it with a grating of parmesean!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Happy cooking!</description>
