[...] Super amazing cauliflower dish via Food Woolf. I liked this so much that I am making it again tonight. I eat cauliflower plain and steamed, so it’s not much of a stretch, but if you’re kind of “meh” about the veggie, you may want to try this dish. The puree is simple and wonderful, and roasting cauliflower really brings out its nutty flavor. Tonight I am going to skip the roasting portion, heavily pepper the puree, and toss it with some fresh pasta. [...]

[...] You picture the scenarios: you’ll start your own business, open a little bakery or a restaurant, begin a little catering company, quit your job, and do this thing you love so much for a living. You’ll cook, inspire, and change lives with a perfect scone, a great sandwich, a mouth watering steak, the perfect poached egg or an extraordinary dessert. [...]

I made the Zuni pot de creme too! I thought they were good, but they didn't fully meet my expectations. I almost left out some eggs too (because I doubled the recipe, but not the eggs) but i ended up incorporating them at the end.

Great post!
