		<description>beets are awesome, love them. I really enjoy them roasted, and just dressed with good olive oil, sea salt, and sherry vinegar.. not forgetting a little garlic and parsley.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;going to have to try these citrus soaked versions.</description>

		<description>I LOVE beets too. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My grandpa used to eat canned beats with a BOWL of Mayonnaise (equal parts beets and mayo). The first time I saw him with this &quot;concoction&quot; (he had many) was during a family visit from Okinawa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I remember loving the pink color the mayo took on after he stirred everything together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks for this great recipe, and more importantly... thanks for making me think of my grandpa this morning. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;: )</description>
