Like Mia, I have never successfully poached an egg -- in fact, I've never even attempted it! This recipe might just change my mind. I think 2010 is going to be the year I do it! Well, try it, at least. :)

Hope you had a lovely Christmas! Anna and I are planning on doing the Amaro bar this coming Tuesday - hope we see you there!

I have to admit that I've never successfully poached an egg, and feel like a bit of a failure. I've tried different methods and they never work. It's frustrating. Any suggestions for making the perfect poached egg?

That looks exactly perfect to me. The husband, however, is less enamored with greens than I am. I'll have to keep this in the rolodex for a bachelor breakfast day. :)
